To be fair it was jammy as hell, break of the ball. But Killie were utter ****e and I'd be pretty surprised is they were like that again on Monday.

Would think Killie be better in return as can't be any worse but said before the Fun have goals in that team and Killie probably need to score 3 I think anyway maybe more as The Fun looked not bad in 1st game and they got good record on plastic this season

Nooooo! Life will be hell for me as a United supporter based in Perth. Thank f*ck I'm working from home or I would have been throwing a 'sickie' for the next couple of weeks. I thought it was a poor final and that we are better than either of those two despite losing to Hibs in the semi. A big big opportunity lost for us imo.

We probably all think we’re better PA but the stark reality is that we’ve played St Johnstone and Hibs combined seven times this season and won none of them. We’ve been okay this season but currently both those teams are better than us and we can’t really argue otherwise. There’s part of me thinking that I’m glad we weren’t there today because you could have just as easily substituted United for Hibs there and no doubt we’d have been getting all excited for the game all through the week only to suffer death by a thousand cuts from St Johnstone and losing in the manner Hibs did today would have been mega depressing. In many ways it was a carbon copy of 2014 only today St Johnstone didn’t take their chance for the second. Did Hibs create even a single chance today?

What amazes me about that St Johnstone back 5 is that 3 of them a few years ago couldn't really kick their ane erses for their championship clubs and roll on a few years and Booth,Rooney and McCart are cup double winners and part of a very very good defensive unit. Mental.

I.I.r.c. Rooney and McCart were both playing when Shanks gave ICT 4 first game last season. Admittedly they had to put up with Coll () but still.................

The other thing is though that MM has been getting pelters for the style of football but anytime I’ve watched St Johnstone this season and including today, let’s face it it’s eye bleeding stuff. But this season it’s brought them success so as a consequence nobody is really questioning their approach.
