I thought this thread was going to be about the level of moron invading our seaside towns.

If you want an education in the lower echelons of our society get yourself down to Tenby, the amount of fat,stupid,ignorant people with their exact copies in their fat, gob s h y t e children is unbelievable.

One thing I can never understand about the visiting hordes from the valley towns like Merthyr Tydvill is why do they all shout when they talk, they’re two feet away from each other shouting in conversation.

The amount of gutbucket, unshaven, tattoed, sweaty brutes is staggering.



The men are no better either!

You should know better Mick with seaside towns in terms of where is more up market and where there are yobs. For example - Filey is nice but Bridlington is a s hit hole! Tenby is nice but there are yobs!

You should have invested in that nice Cornish retreat where you go - hardly any yobs there and I bet your investment would have tripled in comparison to Tenby.

I can picture now a gorgeous cliff top pad in Mawgan Porth with swimming pool called - Mick's Retreat - ha

PS - no moaning Welsh t wats in Cornwall either!

I had a place in Watergate Bay and another in Porth mate, both fared badly in value compared to Tenby so I sold both.

Tenby and Saundersfoot very much on the up in property terms at the moment.

The ultimate goal is a place in Mawgan Porth if I live long enough to make the money needed but the years are running out alas.

Popped into Tenby today Mick, avoided the BH weekend proper due to the chaos of the crowds but my god it was jam packed, shame as it is a beautiful day, it must be hell getting around during the holiday season, this summer will get worse in that respect as no one is going abroad.

I must be the only one then Dave - if of course the USA goes on the green list in time for my July holiday. Even if it goes on the green list the USA may not open their doors as unlike the UK they have proper controls in gaining entry.

The US are now vaccinating ****agers so to be honest would feel safer over there than at a seaside resort full of yobs. There are still some beautiful seaside resorts in the UK if you take away amusements - tat - pub after pub and funfairs. For instance the Lake District is gorgeous and Lynton and Lynmouth like a little Switzerland. Why? Because of the beautiful views - walks and coffee shops which don’t appeal to the yobs!

Whatever floats your boat. Even with my illness I will feel safer in the US where we go and wow the health care is a step up - yes at a cost or covered by your insurance when you go so if unsure get scans or whatever as all covered under a decent policy!

PS - I might venture to Blackpool though when we play there this season if on a Saturday😭

Did you make it along the Esplanade to South Beach, my place is in the final building on that road next to the ice cream kiosk and the main car park?

I’m on the top two floors to the right half of the building, very blessed, best property decision I’ve made.

Nope......there’s a key safe, we’re not that posh FFS😏

14 flats in total and we all own a piece of the freehold which is a much better system.

I’ve had my duplex since 2011 and it’s risen about 50% in value in that period mate.

I’ll never sell, even if I make enough to buy in Mawgan Porth I’ll always keep this place.

Sounds a good investment Mick and bet it’s lovely in the non tourist months too!
