If Foden and Grealish turn up we'll do OK. That's if Southgate picks them.
Don't discount Bellingham getting plenty of minutes during this tournament either. Ignore his age. He's a player.

I'd like to have seen both James Tarkowski and Lewis Dunk in the squad.
Maguire isn't going to play and Mings has been terrible.
A foul being a foul is not the problem. The issue is the fact that we now seem to have the general acceptance in the game that because someone is fouled 'he has the right to make the most of it'. It's funny that when 'continental' players used to get fouled and then rolled over 3 or 4 times and needed 5 minutes of medical attention we were up in arms about how they were ruining the game when really 'they had the right to make the most of it'. When your leg has been broken or your cheekbone has been fractured 'you have the right to make the most of it', when you've been tripped up you have the right to a foul not to to act as if you've been shot by a sniper.
But a foul being a foul is the problem CAM, we can talk about people rolling around to get a foul all day, but referees absolutely will NOT give a penalty, unless the player goes down. I'm not disagreeing with you regarding the cheating that's going on, but referees have to take responsibility and see a foul for what it is, but I wont hold my breath. UTM
My predicted side for the Croatia match (assuming all fit):
1 Pickford, 2 Walker, 3 Chilwell, 4 James, 5 Stones, 6 Maguire, 7 Sterling, 8 Henderson, 9 Kane, 10 Rice, 11 Rashford.
A bit boring but I'm sure he'll want to start with 3 centre backs and 2 overlapping full backs, as we used to call them. I think he'll play 2 holding midfield players and then Kane and Rashford are shoe-ins. That leaves one place up for grabs for the likes of Sterling, Mount, Grealish, Bellingham, Sancho and, much as some would like to see a bit of flair and unpredictability in the side, I reckon Southgate will go for the tried and tested even tho' Sterling has not had a great season and all the rest are bang in form. Walker and James can swap as necessary, not sure who he'll pick if Maguire doesn't make it.
