This is my exact feeling. I am not falling at his feet thinking he is the saviour of our club. But I'll say again, he has done nothing to warrant the level of hatred this appointment appears to have stirred up.

I can’t think of Many if any people who think of him as a saviour, the vast majority were against this appointment but what is the alternative right now to giving the guy a chance? Creating a toxic environment for him to Fail?

The jury is still out for me on TA, my biggest Concern is the decision to Award extensions to connolly and pawlett, which gives me fear when it comes to our recruitment, which is going to be key to this ship and its passengers sailing or sinking.

Neilson would still have been at tannadice last Season Had hearts not come in, that was his club, and they Are as big a shambles!

I think that post puts most fans on here's thoughts in a nutshell really.

On the decision to take Thomas on, the fans are understandably split for numerous reasons. What I would be interested in knowing though, is how the players feel about this. I know they won't come out and say anything in an interview that would rock the boat, but I'm sure a taxi drevers doag might get a sniff of something soon looking forward to hearing it

Yeah, I've got a feeling incomings will be few and far between.

In saying that, if we can keep the top 4 boys (Shanks, Benji, Edwards & Jeando) we only really need to bring in 2 or 3 to fill in the areas that obviously need strengthened. But can we get the quality we need to sign for us? Can we even afford to sign 2 or 3 SPFL quality players? If we do, that still leaves 4 or 5 positions to fill with a mix of up-and-coming young players or experienced squad players.

That's still asking a lot from our 'up-and-comings' in a tough league. Some will fail. But hopefully a couple of decent ones will come through and make a 1st team jersey their own.

Anyhow, here's hoping for 2 or 3 signings to give us some hope. We could do with some exciting news regarding improvement of the 1st team resources.

Am i the only one that thinks there is something huge coming right round the corner, lot bigger than our new manager, the one thing i never liked what TA did he lied right though every fan, we were still interviewing other people..one thing you do not do is lie to your own fans, that does not bode well with me at all..
