Rafael Benitez said to be closer to the managers job at Everton, after having a rethink
when at first thinking not to take the job, because of the backlash from Liverpool fans,
plus the Everton fans not in favour of him getting the job.

Duncan Ferguson is a fans favourite at Everton, & would be a choice Everton fans would
like to take up the managers job.
With Everton having a Director of Football to help in transfers, & Ferguson knowing the
club inside out, he could be the man for the job.
