What happened was the club got relegated, Torquay appointed Rosenoir, 10 minutes after this a consortium
of businessmen bought the club, and sacked Rosenoir.
I wonder if they paid up his 3 year contract?

I wonder what he actually did in that 10 minutes…

It was said Rosenoir & the new owners had a laugh about it, with the owners saying they
would sort out a compensation package.

Everton --- Rafa Benitez in the mix, for Everton managers job.
Rafael Benitez said to be closer to the managers job at Everton, after having a rethink
when at first thinking not to take the job, because of the backlash from Liverpool fans,
plus the Everton fans not in favour of him getting the job.

Duncan Ferguson is a fans favourite at Everton, & would be a choice Everton fans would
like to take up the managers job.
With Everton having a Director of Football to help in transfers, & Ferguson knowing the
club inside out, he could be the man for the job.

Looking at one report to if Valerien Ismaul took the WBA managers job.

Article names 3 managers, & Barnsley liking to employ foreign managers.

1 -- Markus Schopp - Manager Austrian side TSV Hartberg

2 -- Ole Werner - Manager German side Holstein Kiel

3 -- David Artell - Manager English side Crewe Alexandra

David Artell had a great last season at Crewe, doing a good job with the pressure of losing players
through the transfer system, which Crewe are good at bringing through.

With the West Brom owner not having any football knowledge, & prone to knee jerk reactions,
Valerien Ismaul perhaps would be better staying at Barnsley, & hopefully the board back him.
Barnsley looking to get 47 year old Markus Schopp as their new manager, Schopp is in charge of
Austrian side TSV Hartberg, & believed to have a £300,000 release clause in his contract.

Eric , it's a funny one is this , we've no problem with the appointment , he looks a decent HC and from the same stock as our previous three appointments who all did extremely well here .

What a few of us can't fathom is how Schopp passes the new post brexit immigration legislation .

The Austrian Bundesliga is classed as a level four European league which doesn't offer the points he needs to pass UK immigration and a work permit .

The Yorkshire Post have reported this very fact and yet many other media outlets are saying it's a done deal .

Now they maybe some loop hole the club have found and I'm only going on the information with regard to immigration legislation I can source .

I suspect if the club are turned down by the home office and appeal it they may well be disappointed as this would open up a very
large can of worms not just across football but many other sectors in the UK .

Two things here really , the club feel Schopp qualifies and have information we dont or they have dropped a huge b@llack .

Time will tell over the next few days I suspect .
