Why is it that England fans spend so much time worrying about being supported by the Scots, Welsh and Irish? When I try to explain, they just can't get it. I love living in Somerset and I'm married to an English woman. I have a lot of English mates and I don't hate English people. But when it's clear that I am supporting whoever their football team are playing I'm accused of being an English hater followed up with the suggestion that I should go back home. My theory is that the air of superiority is an act and that they are quite insecure and can't stand the thought of being disliked.

Will Gareth finally take aff the shackles today and set the nation alight?,i think so.To get a team who finished 3rd in their group in the quarter final is to say the least very fortunate.
This will be the only game that England play on a neutral ground in the Euro's and every pundit i have seen or heard has them very comfortably in the semi's back at Wembley.
