I don't think the problem is the players we have lost. We cant really say that any of those players is a massive loss to the this squad.

The problem is our strongest 11 needs upgrades in probably 3 positions before we will be able to reach our goal of finishing top 6.

We have a fairly big squad when you actually sit down and look at the numbers. The problem is that the quality in some of those positions just isn't enough. Wingers is a well known and obvious one. We don't have an out and out winger at the club that isnt a youngster. That has to be out priority. Has been few a while now.

They're not, but without those players we're now relying on kids as back up. That's an issue. So these players need replaced.

Anyway, my point wasn't about the players we've lost as such, it was more in reply to the need to sell before we can buy. We must've freed up about £10K in wages there. If we do need to sell to buy, then maybe we are f*cked for cash more than is being let on.

It wasn't me being sarcastic, but Stokearab clearly was, as demonstrated by the last line of his post. Whether you're thick or not is not for me to say, but you are very very negative and it might be better to avoid football matters if they depress you so much. It's not like we've just been relegated or anything so really not getting the meltdown that's currently happening across the various boards. Can we not just give the club time to do their business and see where we are come the season start? Our fans are writing off players we haven't even signed, **** knows what will happen when some poor **** puts pen to paper!
