    Freedom Day

So Boris says masks don't have to be worn and nightclubs can re-open. So lets hope the useless t wat allows safe international travel to resume without stupid PCR tests if you are double jabbed. Even going to a green country you have to take a test to be allowed back into the UK and then another test after day two! What was the point of being double f uckin jabbed then!!!

There is zero more freedom being double jabbed than those who choose for the crap not to be injected into them apart from less chance of being really ill - so they say!!!

It's cheaper at the moment to go overseas and stay in a gorgeous villa in the likes of Menorca than going to the UK seaside! I know it's a matter of choice but its certainly not my idea of a holiday staying in this country!

Everything now should revert back to normal and people should take their chances. If you feel uncomfortable with hordes of people without face masks then stay in your garden. Mental health issues are going through the roof and cancer operations are 12 months if you are lucky! Absolutely pathetic! I feel sorry for all these school children who have missed school, missed parties, missed socializing and missing important parts of their lives.

So Boris - many want to go overseas where many places have far less infections than the UK so drop all this stupidity about tests etc! 60,000 can go to Wembley and thousands of fans can jump all over each other at football fanzones but still stupid restrictions are in place! Absolute madness!

With all the restrictions going lets hope all these GP'S get off their a rses and return to surgeries like other people have to go to work!

Selfish people? I don't see this anymore as people have well and truly had enough!

Hear, hear - absolute top post! 👏👌🏻👍

Me and the mrs are double jabbed and to that had C-19 late April this year - we can’t enter the UK without self-isolating and testing twice (I really wonder what the results from those tests might be… 🤔&#128580, and if Sweden go from amber to green we have to do what you have to do when you return Al, you couldn’t make it up.

The result is of course that we cancel Britain and visit Germany/Belgium/France/Poland instead.

Apart from the travel issue you sum up many of my thoughts throughout this madness.

And apart from this, hope you are ok mate.

All of Europe needs to man up and open up .

It feels like there’s still too much points scoring and pettiness on both sides at the moment regarding travel.

It’s time for people to make their own decisions and to decide if they want to risk travel.

I still can’t book Australia through Kuoni for 2022 though so it’s not only the Eu and us f u c k I n g about over this.

No problems travelling between EU countries when double jabbed, or having had C-19. Maybe different rules apply when coming from outside of the EU, or as for me and the mrs, coming from the EU wanting to enter Britain.

All countries should really sort this out.

Good days and not so good days but thanks for asking Swedish! Most of the EU is safer than the U.K. for f uck sake! I think the strategy is to keep British people at home to help the economy recover!! Far safer in a sleepy little island like Menorca than many morons who frequent the U.K seaside resorts. Boris is too slow to digest anything though which is why the country is in a mess!!

Yes open everything up on the 19th and have 60,000 plus at large events but on green list travel - make those who have been double jabbed have two PCR tests! Idiots!!!

Are all those on dinghies who enter the country illegally double jabbed? Oh - that’s different!!!

Sadly Australia looks like it’s about to be hit by a massive wave, they aren’t rolling out the vaccine quickly enough to stop it and they cant keep the populous locked down again without serious public order issues. To top it off as we know the new variant is more transmissible.

I can’t wait until the pubs go back to normal, music gigs are back on and, dare I say it, the Hawthorns is unrestricted. I just wish, though, that there was a vaccine passport system to keep out those who refuse the jab!

Freedom Day??? Not a chance. Already many businesses are making plans to ensure masks will remain in place for the foreseeable so dont chuck away your flowery face rag just yet. And imo I seriously believe Autumn will see a return to lockdowns due to some covid variant or other rampaging across the landscape, therefore vaccine passports will probably make a comeback.

Thank you, Boris, thank you so much for restoring our freedom! LOL

If the buffoon had blocked all travel to and from India way back, we probably wouldn’t be having this resurgence of this wretched plague.
