I've been saying for a long while we live in a lunatic asylum, Michael Deacon in the Telegraph is sensing the same thing.

"Here’s a question for sociologists. Has lockdown turned a chunk of the public rabidly authoritarian? Or has a chunk of the public always been rabidly authoritarian, but we just didn’t realise it till lockdown?

Either way, it’s more than a little disconcerting – at least if a new poll is to be believed. Ipsos Mori asked members of the British public how much longer they thought certain Covid restrictions should remain in place. For example, the 10-day quarantine for people returning from a holiday abroad. Incredibly, 35 per cent said the quarantine should remain “permanently, regardless of the risk of Covid-19”.

I’m trying to persuade myself that this 35 per cent misheard the question. But we do at least have to contemplate the possibility that they heard it loud and clear. Which means that over a third of the population think that even once the pandemic is over, and we’re no more likely to catch Covid than the bubonic plague, every child sent to Calais on a school trip should be forced by law to spend 10 days locked in the Dover Premier Inn afterwards.

But it gets madder still. Almost a fifth, stupendously, want the Government to impose a permanent 10pm curfew on everyone in Britain.

These people sound terrifying. Even dangerous. Frankly, we should have them locked up – before they have us locked up."

    From your link BT,

"On Friday, government figures showed an increase of 35,707 Covid cases across the UK – the highest daily figure since 22 January."

Errr no, the 35,707 figure was not the increase, it was the total number of positive cases, and just a couple of thousand more than the 33,108 figure recorded last Monday.

Project Fear again, they just cannot stop lying. Why are the Lockdown Loons so afraid of the truth ? There's an easy answer to that isn't there.

We were in stitches at our house this morning, my little two year old blonde haired, blue eyed angel (aka the granddaughter) cannot go to nursery next week, her entire class have to self-isolate because of one positive Covid test amongst the nursery staff.

Good luck with that one dear daughter-in-law.

    .

am sure there's still a few Convid devotees that believe this crackdown on freedom and personal liberty....is all because of some naughty Bug - well. here's the latest from Spain - soon coming to a fascist run cun+ry near you, no doubt.

Spain drafts legal reform allowing state to mobilize all adults in times of crisis

The changes to the National Security Law, which incorporates lessons from the coronavirus pandemic, would also let the government requisition private assets and suspend activity

All adults will be required to provide “personal services” to the state if a crisis is ever declared in Spain, according to the reform of the National Security Law being prepared by the government.

The draft legislation – which incorporates lessons learned during the coronavirus pandemic – indicates that all citizens, without exception, must follow the orders and instructions of the relevant authorities if a state of crisis – or “situation of interest to national security” as it is termed in the document – is declared.

The reform also states that authorities can temporarily requisition all types of assets, take over or temporarily occupy those that are needed and suspend all activity.

but that flag means something - right ?.....wouldn't let that happen here - would we ?

COVID-19 not connected to bats, Israeli biologists say
Researchers at Tel Aviv University’s Bat Lab attempt to rehabilitate winged creature’s much-maligned public image.

    https://www.jpost.com/health-science...sts-say-673548

There are more than 1,400 species of bats worldwide; most are nocturnal and rarely come into contact with humans. Some are beneficial to their environments, since they eat a lot of insects and even help to disperse seeds and pollinate flowers.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic these unique winged creatures’ public image has taken a massive hit. So far scientists have not been able to find any evidence linking bats to the virus, but the connection has proven to be nearly impossible to dispel.....(continue to read if you want )

COVID-19: Does immunity wane six months after jab? Too early to tell
"The data we have so far, both from the Israeli healthcare providers and from Pfizer, suggest that the protection last more than six months."

seems ages ago that this was found to be without evidence - balam.... but then, it suited the bat craty mainstream propoganda machine to ignore it.

it the level of protection - 1% protection ?.....but whatever, a healthy immune system would trounce it .

    ..

    and, in other news.

South Africa - zuming toward destruction.

so whats that to do with convid ?

lets see what a citize of S.A has to say.

We’re going through hell. The Zuma thing is just the catalyst.
The lockdowns have devastated the economy. Many businesses have folded. Many of us have been out of work for more than a year now. Corruption is rife. The pandemic has caused huge amounts of money to be stolen and divided up among those in authority.
Police are looting as well. The President received money from pharmaceutical companies to push their infernal vaccines.
Every day we hear about infection rate but you have to pay for a test and NOBODY HAS THE MONEY.
The pharmaceutical companies are part of the problem that has enveloped the country.
I am waiting to begin a maintenance contract at a local refinery but the word is that unvaccinated people will not be hired and I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO BE VACCINATED so I guess I’ll just have to tighten up the old belt.
The situation here is dire. Some are forming impromptu militias but arms and ammo are not available because good citizens listen to the government.
Now the army is going to be unleashed and in typical fashion they will abuse people and go on a looting rampage of their own.
Well then. This is where we are.

I don't fancy a dose of this following or because of an unnecessary jab in the arm...

Guillain-Barre syndrome is now affecting a "few jabbers".
