I take the point England hasn't hosted the tournament but we are playing the final at Wembley and played all but one game there so in affect it's been a massive advantage .

1988 Germany , Netherlands .

1992 Sweden , Denmark .

1996 England , Germany .

2000 Netherlands & Belgium , France .

2008 Austria & Switzerland , Spain
