At the end of the game instead of swapping shirts we swapped managers.

Would you jump at the chance?

Southgate has blown yet another golden chance to win a major tournament with his negative and overly defensive tactics!
He has the right players at his disposal but doesn't have the brain to use them in the right way as last night proved.

    Still gutted

Only if he picks a new Captain,I don’t think I saw Kane talk to anybody to gee them up.I want a captain that rally’s the troops.

How good would they be with your manager in charge Rev.With all that young talent we could be world beaters.

Don't think Southgate has done too bad this tournament but we need a world class manager that is gonna make us more attacking and get the best out of our technical players rather than get the best out of our players in just motivation. I do think Warne and Southgate are very similar in terms of approach where they do get a good team spirit and motivation but they don't get the best in terms of the ability of the players.

Cant understand how you have a aging Italian defence(bonucci and chiellini)100 years between them, yet we didn't play a attacking midfield with pace to get behind these two..surely you would play both grealish and Sancho from the start.i know we think we are all managers, but to me it was the obvious choice..and as for me a captain should never be a centre forward..you lead from the back..Maguire,would have marshalled the team much more..Southgate needs to go,yes we reached the final, but tactics are too negative...and his man crush with Mason Mount is embarrassing

And who would we get for the Manager?

We’ve tried supposedly world class managers in the past that worked well didn’t it?

I’m not Southgate's biggest fan but who would we get who would guarantee us winning it ?

Cant disagree with this. It was the first tournament Ive ever watched where I wasn't up for it, including the final. It was a bore fest of the highest order with some of the best players available to him he played too negatively

Mancini?? Don't forget the game was actually drawn but I think he could have got that small bit of extra from our squad to find a winner.

I don't want Southgate to go and could understand why he set up as he did for all of the games, apart from last nights team/system change but even that looked to be working up to half time. I think he should have acted quicker with the subs I think he should have brought on Saka for Trippier and Grealish for Mount after 60 minutes to give them time to change things.
