Biesla has taken us from championship mid table mediocrity to a team which will hopefully contest European places next season.
If he doesn't think the youngsters have made the grade to be in 1st team, I would assume he knows what he is on about.
The youngsters are signed based on potential, Leeds give them the opportunity to develop further and if they dont make the grade, then they haven't developed as hoped for.
I don't really see an issue here.
