Falkirk getting 3.5k into 7k stadium.

Glasgow council allowing full capacity at old firm euro games.....no need for us to be different.

I want the club to ask for full capacity and if not why not and if it's turned down, why.

Too much to ask? Not in my book.
Falkirk should be getting 5k into their stadium from 9th August.

What concerns me is that there has been no mention of an increased capacity from 9th August on the club website.
There has also been no apology from John Nelms on the club website for the ticketing fiasco last week.

Yes....some would say they should be getting capacity......but won't concern them at the moment.

According to Nicola’s statement every Football Club in Scotland can admit 5,000 spectators into their ground. Yet another ill thought out statement as Dumbarton FC’s maximum capacity for their ground is 2,200 spectators. They only have one all seated stand with no standing capacity in their stadium.

what puzzles me is the feeling I have that our club doesn't want to make arrangements for much bigger crowds coming to Dens. perhaps there are big plans all ready to go once the 9th August date is past?

    It's up to 5,000 - doesn't mean they have to have 5,000.

Not supporting the figure but you really need to be more sensible in your interpretation of things, very obvious what was meant.

but we should not have these doubts! There must be something in the background. Our neighbours are facing similar problems. DCT should send a FOI query to DCC about the actual instructions they have received from Holyrood regarding seating arrangements after Aug 9th. Surely they aren't waiting until Aug 9th to make them known? There must be national guidlines which need to interpreted locally. As people have said some clubs seem to have different guidlines - why?

Looks like to me they have applied for increase but Derry and main stand shut is that correct?
