as far as willock signing goes ..... i understand the reluctance of players not wanting to sign for a team with no ambition, especially if the players are well established.
but willock will put himself in the shop window here, he won't at arsenal, so in that respect he's be better off coming here rather than most other teams, even leicester, - to get exposure. even better if he continues his form from last season and it makes him a "stand out player " of the team.

If he does sign maybe his goals will keep us up again this season, he's the only real attacking midfielder we would have, a lot depends on how Bruce handles him though.

He scored when he came on for the last 20 minutes in their friendly against Chelsea the other evening.

Well, I say 'scored', it was over the line and VAR would have given it.

He's got that rare knack of being able to break into the box at just the right time.

    Good post.

I fully understand people not liking the doom and gloom but we have to be realistic. It seems that quite a few of our supporters don’t think too much about the current plight of the club and so it’s almost the duty of supporters that do to keep people aware of where we are.

I know there are good people on this board who are still going to the matches and helping maintain Ashley at the club. I hope that, by reading this forum they, at least, have second thoughts about continuing to do so.

Dont think it’s realistic to expect him to repeat last seasons effort,

yeah it would be daft to expect the lad to come in and score like he did before, im hoping that Jones will have enough time with the players before the West Ham game kicks off.

On paper we have a pretty decent starting 11, but nothing to back it up, if We do get Willock it will be a bonus.

You're welcome. So tell everyone about your positivity then. Instead of criticising others for giving reasons why we are negative, tell us the reasons for your positivity instead of telling everyone to be positive. I will wait ............
