In my opinion sending people from hospital back to their care home without testing them for coronavirus is a criminal offence. The people at the top who made these decisions should be charged with manslaughter.

Same comment from me to your post Islay. The victims and their families need compensation not revenge. Society could easily say sorry and offer a substantial sum as a way of demonstrating the contrition they feel for the appalling mistake they made in sending the elderly from hospital to the nursing/ care home sector.

Why should the taxpayers have to pay for horrendous mistakes whilst our politicians get off ‘Scot free’.
If any of my relatives died because they had been moved from hospital to their nursing/care home without receiving a coronavirus test and they subsequently died from coronavirus in their care/nursing home I would extracting my revenge. I would be demanding that the politicians who ultimately caused my relative’s death be put on trial for manslaughter.
