Maybe reason Dundee can't move home end to shankly.....nearer dabs .....difficult for staff to work with emergency shutters going up and Doon ahh day, personal alarms constantly going aff and typing on computer whilst hiding under a desk would be tricky.

I have no interest in when the Dabs are playing especially at home.
I assumed that the Dabs game against Rangers kicked off last Saturday at 3pm. My mistake.
The Dundee Direct ticket office was open at 10am for the sale of tickets to non season ticket holders for the Motherwell game this Saturday.
As a result of the debacle before the St Mirren game for season ticket holders I made a point of being down early to join the queue.
I arrived at the ticket office at 9.15am and I was first in the queue.
Shortly before the ticket office opened at 10am I counted 18 people standing in the queue waiting to purchase their ticket.
The staff in the shop told me that there are still loads of tickets available to purchase for the Motherwell game.

So why did you go so early and queue? Obviously no need to.

After the debacle with the season ticket holders queuing up to get a ticket for the St Mirren game I got up early and I decided to get to the ticket office in plenty of time before the doors opened at 10am.
I arrived at the ticket office at 9.15am and I was first in the queue.
As a result of being first in the queue I was able to get back to join the Dundee Memories meeting by Zoom which is run by the Dundee FC in the Community Trust. Today’s meeting was discussing Jim McLean’s football career particularly when he played for Dundee. There was also a photograph of him in a Clyde FC team photograph.

Thanks to DCC dithering about giving the club the go ahead to increase the number of spectators in the Bobby Cox Stand and Bob Shankly Stand plus the unknown number of tickets purchased by season ticket holders for this Saturday’s game I could not take the risk of the tickets being quickly sold out.
I have not been able to attend a Dundee home game since 10th March 2020 as I am not a season ticket holder or a member of the 1893 Foundation. It is possible that there are a lot of Dundee supporters in a similar position to myself who are desperate to see a home game at Dens and demand could have been high for a ticket for this Saturday’s game against Motherwell.

No why are you not interested in dabs (that's where sentence should have ended) but you added in.....especially at home....why especially at home?
