315pm on Friday....we have apparently got 2 players that will HOPEFULLY get signed before tomorrows game.....wakey wakey United! Honestly...how is everyone not going mental at this? We have lost Shankland and we are busy wondering who Fuchs is making money for if he gets sold! We have been promised signings since the end of last season....where are they? Charlie was only signed quickly because he is Tams mate FFS! Our flukey win against Rangers has bought the management more time to drag out our lack of transfer activity and I fear its gonna take a defeat by Ayr to focus our attention again!
For the love of all things holy.....GET SOME CREATIVITY BOUGHT FOR THIS TEAM!

I actually think this is a great bit of business by the club.

Definitely feeling positive about it, he will get more chances up top, play a balanced system with four at the back, think he could thrive and do his bit.. I think he realised what kind of club we are when he saw the fans as Tannadice before the quarter final, before that I don't think he got it tbh

Did have a wee think that he thought he was a wee bit too good for us, but.. Not unhappy with him coming back tho, he is a pretty good player.

Playing as the main striker should be good for him, but.... it didn't help Shankland due to the lack of decent service.

Hopefully playing in a better formation with a better system will help things along.

As for Clark, I would (that's just me like) play him along side him, he is good in the air, has a nice touch...

Yeah, he was played in a position he didn't like which was crazy. With LS gone the door is open for him to show what he can do, no excuses.

Competition for places is what we want, it raises player performance.

Play Clark in a two and he'll score goals. I've said this forever. One his best games for us was when up front with McNulty vs Hamilton at Tannadice. The link up play between the two of them for our second was outstanding.

Why keep Nicky out the team? There was a game last season where im sure we were 1 down, MM made a change, McNulty and Clark then clicked and the latter got 2 goals if i remember right. Give them a chance together!

That very well might be the plan Chick, and I would like to see it in action. Also, trying to get free kicks just outside the box... Hmmmm, Clark, Mulgrew, McNulty , not too shabby ...
