Millers e-mail - Testing your Season Ticket at the NYS

Had a e-mail from the ticketing office at the NYS, regarding the issues fans had
using season tickets at the Plymouth Argyle home game.

The e-mail says that my season ticket could have a fault on it, & they would ask
that I take my season ticket into the office to be tested, if there is a fault on my
season ticket, they will issue a new season ticket.

So check your e-mail in-box lads, to see if your season ticket could be one that
    is faulty.

Never got chance to try ours. Gates were open and just a visual check from a steward.

Expecting fun and games on Saturday !

We had same experience Bramley, we just showed our season ticket to steward & walked through the gate, so never
    had chance of testing it.
So how the club as come to the conclusion my season ticket is faulty, I don't know.

I assumed it was the scanners with the volume of tickets getting scanned when you all turned up at same time 😂
There was no problem with ours

Bit late though testing them, people do actually work and can’t always get down to shop in week

Not had an email, and my ticket worked fine. Perhaps the club has identified a potentially faulty batch?

    That's correct.
It's just a certain batch that they have identified.

Someone may have overheard you in Rhino's, Wath Tap or Ring 'O' Bells Swinton
explaining that TS ought to get his wallet out......

Just make sure to put your Season Ticket in a small wallet or one of those small aluminium card carriers to protect the chip in the card.

That's a microchip not a chip from the Fish and Chip shop opposite the Station Pub.😆
Get there early Eric, even if it means missing out on a free pint from one of your mates..👍😁

Going to Rotherham club shop today, to pick up a ticket for Saturdays game against
Doncaster Rovers, taking 2 season tickets in to be checked.

Still no idea if my season ticket "works" as for both home games the fire doors have been opened and I've walked in by simply showing it to a steward. In fact against the truffle diggers I went in via the North Stand and walked across to the West where my seat is. 🤷
