Good idea to try to score more than them.

Resting 5 players away to those bas/tards would be totally mental. Strongest team! Strongest team! Strongest team!

Well that could have been worse considering - but another poor, timid performance in a big game.

It was absolutely typical of us to give this shower of shyte far too much respect and sit off them as if they’re PSG.

They’re pretty gash based on what I saw, but by the time we’d worked that out, we were a goal down and never looked remotely like testing their midget keeper.

Frankly, we made them look half decent. It was their second competitive game yet they looked sharper and were first to most of the second balls all night.

JET an absolute waste of a shirt, honestly, rubbish.

Agree McKenzie was very good. Showed up a lot of more experienced pros.

Shame about Consi, but this is exactly what we have been risking. We have zero room for injuries at the back now, not good enough as we have zero room for injuries up front either.

Of course there’s Devlin to come in (cough).

This Dons team won’t keep a clean sheet next week, just can’t see it. We could yet get through, but if not it will be an absolutely golden chance blown, again typical Aberdeen...

JET is an enigma. Clearly the boy has some utter wizardry up his sleeve. But if that sleeve is attached to a body that generally shows the effort he did last night then its not bloody worth it. It’s like he was drugged. To be fair, Ramirez looked like he was wading through treacle at times as well and plenty other players didn’t perform.

We kinda got away with it. Which pretty much sums up our season so far. Ive got a nagging feeling that if we insist on playing this paper thin squad with tactical reckless abandon, we’re going to get utterly fuucking destroyed sooner rather than later. I know my next comment errs on the side of lunacy but I’m keen to see Devlin and Gallagher play together. Could yet prove to do an Ojo and spring into life like someone changed his batteries. Wish someone would plug Jet in though. We’re so incredibly slow up front there’s no real threat. McLennan isn’t a threat before someone includes him. Whether Hedges is sold or out long term, it’s the same difference. We knew if he got sold or crocked, we were immediately toothless in the creativity dept. We’ll here we are. It’s chequebook time or we’re in for a bizarre and unrewarding season of pant pishery.

Well they will almost certainly score nxt week. So we need to go hell for leather from the off! . If they score first it could be curtains.

How would we feel if st Johnstone get to group stages & we don't? For me I'd ignore the season until January when the SC comes around. Again cormack is a **** face torie apologist. 500k bid fir Boyle but he has refused to bring on CB cover. He was probably only doing his mate at hibs a turn

I think they`ll score as well. Shades of Kairat Almaty about this one ?

That lot can tippy tappy it about well. So will come to play for a 1-0 overall win, fall alll over the place at every opportunity, and dig a few evil sneaky fouls in , if the Ref allows it .

Slovak Ref last night. Weak, weak, Homer !!! Had me wishing for Collum. He`d have sent two of them off.

WHO IS THE REF for second leg ??

Mind you, we may well come out the stocks with guns blazing, get a quick first goal , and bombard their box with crosses . Score the second from a corner. Considine/Gallaher/Devlin at the far post. And then get a late penalty , scored from a breakaway after being under the cosh for previous 20 minutes.......... Well , we might....!!

The other thing that seemed obvious from last night’s performance is that there is no real pace up front apart from Hedges (injured of course) when he attacks from Midfield or when the young wing backs get forward. If Hedges ends up leaving, along with Ferguson most likely, then we really are going to be in a lot of trouble. RamÃ*rez has no pace and alarmingly also looked unfit; Jet, despite his deft touches and flicks, is equally slow and cumbersome.

Consequently, we didn’t get in behind them apart from the Ramirez chance and there was no presence to meet anything that came into the box on the rare occasion that we managed to swing in a few crosses as everyone looked tired.

In conclusion, I don’t think that this team is good enough and I think we will be found out in the next few games unfortunately, starting on Sunday.

Be good to get 2 early goals then hit them on.the break. Ref couldn't possibly be worse than last nights sorry excuse.

Worried that the longer we take to score the first then they will grow in confidence. I'd play jet up front on sun. Rest brown fergie Ramirez and Ramsey
