Beerschot now bottom of the league with one point from 12. Apart from money I can't see this working out well for Shankland. He'll be at Hearts/League one side next year.

Or it's a great chance for Shanks to go in there and make himself a hero. They're still creating chances so it's not all doom & gloom. Just needing someone to put them away. Only 4 games in as well. Early doors.

Fair enough, they were near fighting relegation last season too.

They're similar to us. Not long promoted. Finished last season mid table & one place off European football. Will no doubt be a difficult season for them this year.

It was decided by fine margins, Dow hit inside of post during first half, right on half time Rado flogged a goal to gift them a lead and up against it from there, Nadir hits underside of bar and it doesn't hit the keeper and go in somehow, it was one of those days and they were our bogey side at the time, we had worse final defeats under Jim tbf

Yep St. Midden being the obvious one, but likewise will never know how we lost the (2nd) Celtic or Motherwell Scottish Cup finals, but thank feck for 94! (and 2010 obviously)
