I would have taken him in a heartbeat at the start of the window. He had been getting the head down and hammering the gym. But after the alleged Boaby pics....I think he would be a risky move. He will either be brilliant or hit self destruct.

Great news about Benji but if Carson plays well in the meantime and keeps plenty clean sheets then there shouldn’t be room for sentimentality- Carson would have earned the jersey and Benji will have to bide his time I’m afraid. Tbf it's not an extension as reported. He was already contracted to 2023. Must be a pay rise to keep him here. Ironically Neilson gave him that original extension, so it's still his fault. 😂
