A bit strong and a bit stupid but par for course for that fat clown.
We have not demanded £10 million for Smith. That figure was mentioned in a fairly lighthearted way by Warne when he was explaining what he thought Smudge was worth to the club (ie virtually irreplaceable), not what he expects to get for him if he's sold.
Some lazy journalists have jumped on his comments, twisted them and idiots like fat Barry have fallen for it.

Some reports saying Slater is CM some defensive mid and some saying he's played an attacking midfielder role.
Maybe if we can't get a traditional no 9 then we're going for a midfielder who can get forward.
Just a guess and better than nowt

Hull City will be favourites to sign Regan Slater and not just because Hull are in the Championship. He was on loan there last season and helped them to promotion. It would have been a done deal weeks ago if Regan hadn't got injured recently. A loan deal with a pre-contract agreement in January is my guess.
The striker Chesterfield recently signed for a rumoured six figure fee would have been a gamble for RUFC, a gamble we don't seem to want to take.

Kabongo Tshimanga. We were linked with him last season. He is there leading scorer after 3 games. Got 2 more today.

Yes that's the play . Wouldn't have broke the bank in a fee and a gamble of a three year contract could well have paid off. Instead we have three recognised strikers with every chance one could move on before the deadline. ( IF the right offer comes in. )

There are many hidden gems plying their trade in the lower leagues. Does our scouting set up go look at any of these players?

Hull might be willing to loan Tom Eaves out.

That would be a decent signing
