My work does what we call churn analyses(although not my main area), when numbers drop you better believe the people at the top start panicking. But when numbers are going up they honestly do not care as they think everyone is happy. Business men dont care about loyalty, the ogrens couldnt care less about you or I, They would rather have 5k tourists paying 100 quid a ticket than 5k locals paying 20... this is what you are seeing now in the EPL.

    If fans rejected the 30 quid ticket and it meant they brung in less than they would have at 25, they absolutely would have a meeting on that and alter it as that is someones job to balance it.
