I don't know why, I can find no explanation, he could be running scared of Hurricane Lane, which is an odds-on favourite, but he's left four others in, so he's not that scared of it. It can't be an injury because it's still entered for the Irish St leger on Sunday, if it runs there I'll have a saver on it, see if if I can get my stake back. It's disappointing, he's campaigned this horse like a Leger horse all summer, then pulled the plug at the last minute. Maybe he's lost faith in the horse, maybe he's keeping it back for the easier race at the Curragh on Sunday, we'll see.
