Reneging on a promise strips a person of any honour and trustworthiness, and then waving it around as a spurious prize for another competition leaves me having serious doubts about his judgement, never mind his mental capacity.

Is that the mark of a man? Definitely not. In fact I find the whole of his behaviour quite feminine. I won’t ban him, but I might make reference to his doubtful s­exuality from time to time.
