You can see by how we play, who they appointed and style of players signed.

They are mainly going for young players to sell at a profit a model used at Brentford/Swansea.

It takes time to get that right or to make it work I dont think our fans have the patience for that though.

I think its good they say very little last thing we want is someone letting BBC Nottm in for transfer deadline day eating sweets all day like a kid and then crying at Swindon !

We needed big, battlers in defence and signed Brennan. I genuinely don't think our head of recruitment knows what he's doing. It's very different looking at stats on a screen to managing a football club's recruitment. They clearly don't know as much about this league as they think.

I'm so disappointed in Football Radar.
Our defence has been crap all season
We conceded 4 at home to York in a friendly with Rawls and Cameron playing
You cant escape wondering why we released two defenders like McCrory and Turner and replaced them with what??
No one will convince me they wudnt be better than what weve ended up with now. IB is responsible for these decisions. We are a shambles

And I really like IB. But These 3 games have been career enders to be fair.
This. Every time you think we’ve reached rock bottom, Notts always manage to surprise you. I know this is going to sound melodramatic, but tonight must go down as one of the most shameful defeats in our history - certainly in my lifetime. 2-0 and we f***** it up against 10 men.

There needs to be a reckoning after this from the owners, management and players, because this season is going horribly wrong and things have happened in the past couple of games that are simply totally unacceptable. The warning signs were there from Torquay onwards. I like IB a lot, but this is starting to look like Amateur Hour.

Burchnall is crap. Clueless. At least if it carries on like this we'll have a local Derby against Alfreton.

I mean, they're 6th and actually not a bad club, only in the league below us.

    But alright.

Wonder why when 2-0 up IB didn’t strengthen the midfield by bringing Francis on for the last 20 minutes rather than more attackers. May have managed the game better?

Brentford soon learned that you can’t just buy a bunch of kids and expect them to perform. They only started to go from an average mid-table side to playoff contenders once they got the right balance of youth and experience in the team. They also learned that players fetch a lot more money the higher up the league you are.

For the Reedtz brothers to make a success of their model, they also need Notts to be successful on the pitch. Who right now looks a sellable asset than Ruben Rodrigues?

I don't think you are being melodramatic. Conceding four goals against Woking at home was the most amount of goals we have conceded at this level thus far in a normal league game and that is against a club that has only just become full time. Conceding three of those goals against Woking in an 8 minute period and again conceding three goals in a twenty minute period today (against ten men to add insult to injury) both at the end of the game is amateurish. You could understand it if we were playing in a cup game against premier league or championship opposition or even a league one team at a push and had given our all and were tired and exhausted. But we are talking about the fifth tier and step 1 of the non-league pyramid. We should and are supposed to be way better than that.

It's the curse of playing York pre-season again that's come back to haunt us. The warning signs were there last season and they were there again this season.

Sellable assets? Probably get 2 Bob and a conker for them on Ebay.
