    They should mirror the rules for appealing a red card.
    Think very hard about lodging an appeal because if it fails then the deduction is increased

    Of course Derby were always going to appeal because this is their opportunity for their lawyers to throw their weight around and put the EFL into a panic. There will only be one outcome and it will favour those who throw the most money at it

    The real question here though is how can Derby fund an appeal, which will cost a lot of money, but they can't pay their creditors and their own staff

    I can't see em going down anyway they are not that far adrift... I reckon they are averaging about 1.27 points per game atm. That will give them 46 points after 46 games if they carry on at that rate. It will give them a very good chance of staying up even if they don't improve on that.
