There's a pro basketball player in NY who refuses to take the vaccine which is mandatory for sports clubs in the city.
He,s ok for away games but that would render him part time and they need full participation
So his club has said he has effectively made himself unavailable for selection.
His employer respects his decision and his choice in the matter but As a consequence he is not entitled to be paid because he's effectively made himself unavailable for work.

He might be having a rethink

NHS scheme, & getting vouchers for doing this, with a nurse going to their home every
week, to do the tests, which they were swabbed & tested.
Both have had their vaccine jabs.

NHS asked them three weeks ago to give a blood sample each week, with just having
a pin prick in their thumb, which was then tested for anti-bodies in them.
After having two tests in two weeks, both of them showed they had the anti-bodies in
    them from the vaccine jabs.
Then last week both had the blood test, mate had anti-bodies in him, but his wife had
    no anti-bodies in her.
So is the vaccine only working for so long in people, if so how many in the millions of
the double vaccine jabs people, are going about without anti-bodies in them.
Could it be people have reacted differently to the double vaccine jab.
The 2 friends I mentioned, man & wife are still doing the NHS test at home, where a
blood sample is taken, & taken away for testing, under the scheme they are doing,
twice a week, mate showing anti-bodies in his tests results.
But his wife is still not showing anti-bodies in her blood samples, she has been told
that she will have anti-bodies, but there has to be a certain percentage in her to
show up in the test results.
So for instance if she had 30% anti-bodies, to show up in a test result she would
    need 40%.
But how can she know if she has anti-bodies, if its not showing.

The better question is why would she want to know.

The vaccines have value in reducing transmission and severe disease, but nobody is claiming that they give a 100% guarantee in respect of either, so making decisions about how to interact with others based upon antibody status is risky.

Antibody resistance is only part of the story, in any event. All of the vaccines also trigger T-cell immunity, which is likely to be longer lasting

Yes, don't ask questions, just do as you're told.

The reason they are told is because they are part of a scheme run by the NHS, to gather information about the covid
    vaccination programme.
So are you telling me if you was part of a experiment, that you would not want information regarding yourself.
So if you had a illness & it was terminal, you would not want to know.

I would want information that I was equipped to interpret and act upon. 'Terminally ill' fulfills both of those requirements. Antibody levels does neither.

This scheme my friends are on is set up by the NHS, so the NHS can act on information gathered.

I think most people pick a side and find information that makes them feel comfortable, it’s impossible for anyone to know if the vaccine is better than catching the virus and obtaining antibodies.

It 10 years we will probably know the answer

You could interpret the fact that if you have antibodies you will have a better chance of not being seriously ill. This could then help with decision making of how you're going to live your life (based on probabilities).

Exactly. The research project are in a position to utilise the data. Your chums aren't.
