So what's everyone's take on losing their job if unvaccinated? I see it as simply another term of employment and people are free to comply or find another job. Isn't it just like hours of work, smoking and drug policies, conduct (with regards peoples' ***ual orientation/race/gender), companies set their policies and employees either follow them or go elsewhere (assuming they can find somewhere that will take them unvaccinated). We were given until October 18th to be fully vaccinated (didn't impact me as I was 'done' back in April) but many anti-vaccine folks are dissenting and up to 10,000 will be laid off from Monday in the state of WA.
