It may well be happening today, or even last night.

It depends on whether he has someone lined up.

Folk keep talking about rumours, but they don’t say what the rumours are.

Don’t tell me if it’s Lennon, I don’t even have a highland league team I could support instead.

I don’t think it would be Lennon , Cormack wouldn’t go for a volatile character like that . Glass was perfect for his agenda but it’s not working , maybe he can go back to that long list of candidates who were interviewed at the same time as Glass?

The management is non existent, that’s for sure, so that requires immediate attention to avoid the real possibility of relegation.

In addition to that, there’s far too many players who aren’t performing to anywhere close to the required level - in that list I include Brown, Hayes and McGinn who are all spent forces in addition to Ojo, Jet, McLennan and Gallagher who are simply rank rotten. That’s about half of our regular starting eleven, so it’s clear why we can’t win any games.

My (I thought pessimistic) points prediction from a few week back now looks overly optimistic!

The problem here now is Glass signed a contract and to sack him now will prove very costly .

I honestly feel that some Sunday league managers would do a better job of managing this team .

Glass has to go and this may happen.on Monday if Cormack has any balls .
Absolutely there are indeed folk who manage at that level who certainly could not do any worse. You could probably take most folk of this forum and they would improve the situation.

His only saving grace is virtually all defeats bar Motherwell and Qarabag at home have been by one goal. The 2nd half collapse at Raith was alarming and put down to wholesale changes that failed to deliver. Someone will hand us our tatties in a hiding soon if he is allowed to continue.

If the lad for Hacken had not been sent off we would have lost that game and the tie. 5-1 up and then 2-0 down and on the ropes before the sending off and we scraped through.

Blistering start against the Icelanders and again hanging on.

Beat a poor United side. spawned a last minute goal against Livi and County. We could be on 5 points.

He has had enough time, the tail end of last season and this run is relegation form.

Every team that needs a result to break a bad run meets us and wins thats 4 now (Celtic,St J, St M and Dundee) once ok twice bad luck 4 times you are clueless and its been every week for a month. We are a soft touch and an easy 3 pts.

Unlike 94-95 we do not have the calibre or fight from this overpaid mob, we do however have enough time to turn it around if he is gone by Halloween.

McInnes had too long and should have gone after the 2-1 cup final and thats part of the reason we are in this mess.

It was a lazy cheap appointment to bring us Challenger Brand Fitba, well next season we will get the group stages of the League Cup if thats progress fk me....

New boss I would get an old head in try someone like Tony Pulis, Alan Pardew, Chris Hughton or Chris Coleman before the usual suspects of Hughes or Lennon.

Unfortunately I think Cormack is too stubborn to do anything but keep his head in the sand hoping for a win but enoughs enough.

Jim Goodwin and Callum Davidson were probably the best realistic candidates at the time of McInnes’s departure, unfortunately both signed long term deals recently so if you factor in compensation for either St Mirren or St Johnstone and paying off Glass a d his not so merry men this could be a very expensive lesson for Cormack.

Personally I think he needs to bit the bullet now and go and get Goodwin in.

He will when the crowds are below 10k on average , he’s a million miles away from his hallowed 15k season tickets sales.
