Seems like a decent point against a rapidly improving team. Maybe a good result at the end of the season. We are , at least dropping points to teams at the right end of the table.
We do seem to commit a lot of fouls, and collect a lot of cards.

Anyway, a good point against a team who are on the up after a wretched start.

Ironically some of their fans are blaming the ref for them not winning. Like us they seem generally happy with a point though.
As I recall it, it's only league games hence why Harding played in a cup game the week when he was banned for one league game.

Rathbone needed to be subbed imo but taking Icky off was best thing to do

    Ref was ****e

    Now 3rd

Smith will either miss Shrews away (if it gets played) or Cambridge at home
Agree on Basil MT. He was out of sorts especially in the second half and seemed to get bypassed and was frustrated. Hopefully just a one off. But I agreed with the sub bringing Oggie on as we desperately needed an outlet. Sadly he also couldn't get into the game. Credit to Charlton for that. They were tenacious we couldn't get into any stride.

Your going to get that with a high energy pressing game tactic.

Player rotation and squad depth is the key to it all. We seem to be doing ok with it.

Not lost since the Fleetwood game and we were winning in that one

We were nowhere near our best tonight but I still thought we would hold out for the win though.
When Fleetwood were beating Wigan and we were winning we were actually sat at the top of the league and it looked great for a while.
I'm glad that it's cup day at the weekend and the break from the league will do the players good and I expect us to come back with all guns blazing when the league games get under way again. In hindsight a draw is o.k. but I expected a lot more. Never mind, there's still a long way to go.

Was Rathbone booked or not? seems a confusion going off over it

Good point looking back, it could have ended in tears. We never got going properly all match, especially 2nd half. Did Stockly foul Reg or wasn't Reg strong enough?? He then got lucky with slight deflection off Woods, but that's footie......UTM.
Reg should have put the ball in row Z irrespective of a slight nudge. His first big mistake for us and i'm not complaining as he's been solid for us. He'll learn from it.

Confirmed he wasn’t booked so no ban but still I’d give him a rest and have him on bench Saturday
