May be worth checking later to see if it’s made available.
I had a look at the fixtures list on the Millers website and it appears you can watch on IFollow. Maybe we just have to wait to an hour before and then we will be given the option to watch. On my phone I have the option to listen but no option to watch. That is why I raised the question.

I did a google search and it says that FA Cup games aren't covered on ifollow. Perhaps an old page and it is but that's what I found

    League One
All games played in midweek - home or away - can be shown live on iFollow. No games are to be streamed live in the UK that kick-off between 2.45pm and 5.15pm on Saturdays. This includes the international weekends.

    EFL Trophy
Available to watch live on iFollow, home and away with the exception of the semi-finals and final.

    Carabao Cup
Not available for streaming domestically or internationally.

    FA Cup
To be confirmed by the Football Association.

    International viewers
All League One and EFL Trophy matches - home and away, weekend or midweek - are eligible for international streaming except any game shown live in the UK on Sky Sports or via an international broadcaster in line with an EFL agreement.

That’s from the EFL website. So there may be a slight chance. Seems a bit late to confirm it though.
Luckily I am going to the game. Can’t grumble for £8.

    Fender man.
All live games are now on terrestrial ITV as well as the BBC and BT seem to have some highlights.
As you say they are likely to have exclusive rights
