Hard to believe this great song is almost 25 years old.

I was 35 when it came out and my kids were 11, 8 and 5 and we all used to sing a long with it in the car.

In particular it reminds me of my son, the last line of the song is “come around we’ll kick your a s s e s”.......I’d look around at him and warn him not to sing it and he always did and I’d then crack up laughing! 🤣

He told me the other day that he always loved it as it gave him an open goal to say something rude........funny how these lifetime memories are made.

I think the album that this came off is one of only two band albums in history that are in the Hall Of Fame from bands that only released one album, New Radicals broke up before it was even released.

Great song in my opinion.

I’d never heard this song by them before calked “Some day we’ll know” which I think is terrific!

Gregg Alexander the singer is a very successful songwriter according to Wikipedia and he prefers writing to performing.

A great loss in one respect, great voice.

“Fashion shoots with Beck and Hanson, Courtney Love and Marilyn Mansun” is a great lyric but hasn’t worn quite as well! 🤣
