    I'm with you on that. The fact that nobody had mentioned them had me wondering if they are classified as a snack? I try to moderate my consumption but at a guess I'd say 100/week. Just think how bad I'd be if they had any decent ones in the US .

    PS That 100 are regular sized biscuits, not the 'monster' chocolate chip type 'cookies' we get here at Costco that weigh in at around 600 calories each. Those are more a meal

    I prefer the American-style chewy cookies myself.

    Ginger Nuts are way better when the packet has been open a while and they go chewy.

    Can do all the above Frank....all those Bhajis came from a 39p bag of onions from Aldi!

    Thanks for the tip about the onions gm.
    Son in Law is our chef, he's good, tries anything food related.

    Snacks...lumps of Cheese with pickled onions or gherkins, add some spicy sauce ...

    They look spot on mate. I did some oven cooked ones last week instead of deep fried. They worked a treat.
