"Anyone but Newcastle' policy from selling clubs could slow Eddie Howe's transfer plans.

Eddie Howe’s bid to revive Newcastle United could be made more difficult by a refusal of some Premier League clubs to sell or loan players to the relegation-threatened club in January.

Opposition to the Saudi Arabian takeover is so deep-rooted within some Premier League clubs that it is believed they are ready to operate a ‘Anyone But Newcastle’ policy in terms of listening to bids for their unwanted players in the next transfer window.

Newcastle would ideally like to buy or loan players with Premier League experience in January as they fight to avoid relegation, but the club may be forced into the foreign market.

One industry expert told Telegraph Sport: “Newcastle will find it hard to buy players from some Premier League clubs in January because they would rather see them relegated than take their cash. Some clubs just won’t sell to them.”

Every time I think I've seen and heard it all, that we've achieved peak w@nk, I find that we haven't. So our moral guardians running football clubs won't sell players to Newcastle, aye, so they say, but I reckon when they see the colour of Newcastle's money they'll sell sure enough.

Anyway, I've had enough of virtue-signalling, sanctimonious hypocrites attacking Newcastle, I shall adopt them as my third club after Burnley and Clitheroe, and appoint myself a honorary member of the Toon Army.

So who's going down, I don't give a FF as long as it's neither Burnley nor Newcastle.

I also would have Newcastle after Burnley. It's almost like kids, '' I'm not playing with you, and I'm taking my ball home!''

''anyway I reckon I can sell those Arab 'kufiyahs' to those lads up there!''....and teach basic Arabic. ( bye the way in arabic, Goal, is goal also, it can be Gooooooooaaaaaallllll '')

I love the good folk of Newcastle, this latest absurdity really does take the biscuit. My good mucker "Tommy the Toon" thought getting rid of Ashley and Bruce would be the start of a new era.

One club will break ranks and then the floodgates will open, mark my words.

Money always prevails. Principle goes out of the window if there enough zeros involved in the offer.

There has been speculation that Newcastle would buy Tarks. Do you think the club would turn down, say, £50 million if they made an offer like that?

I think they would be asking where to sign and in what colour ink!

The aforementioned Tommy the Toon thinks NUFC will spring £20 million in January for Tarkowski and Moyes wants Wet Spam to match it - also in January.

We will see how principled Mr Pace is then.

Three things are certain in this world, death, taxes, and that we'll sell Tarks to Newcastle if they're the highest bidder.

I think we all know the answer to that question.

Come on Swiss if you wore the shoes you’d sell aswell , the difference for me is if they give Dyche another 30/40 million if we do receive a fee for Tarky , that’s the important part I feel anyway not if the board sells him if an offers there.

That article from the Telegraph Sport could well have been written by E.I.Addio after a chance pub encounter with fellow hack Lunchtime O’Booze. I don’t have any problem with NUFC fans. I don’t think we would have reacted differently if offered pots of money. Strangely enough though I didn’t consider dressing up as Joseph Smith when we were taken over by Mormons. For those worrying about reaching peak w@nk can I suggest thinking of Deadwood. That should do the trick.

I was thinking about another 3 wives outwood after the Mormon takeover, then I looked at the missus and thought "probably not".
