What i said still stands, for me everything went right for notts last week, they were put under no pressure,

i asked the question, what would happen if a team puts us under pressure, would we collapse, the last 2 matches have given us the answer as i predicted, weak at the back, and will fall apart under pressure
If this is the best in 30 years, and IB is a championship manager, i am landing on the moon tomorrow, complete fantasy, i do not mind people celebrating a win, but no need for them to go completely over the top, and get carried away
*Correction* I correctly pointed out that you were rightly mocked by others. I just offered you the opportunity to follow up with an explanation for your comments which turned out to be a non event and very disappointing.

My only defence on your behalf that everyone said you were desperately trying to highlight a negative and overall are very negative which is all true but you are not alone. I believe the Mount Rushmore comment summed it up perfectly.

Were we weak under pressure against Rochdale in the replay? Sounded an even game from all reports including from the opposition manager.

Did we not come under pressure against Solihull because (in part) we didn't let them because we played well?

Today is a very disappointing result and sounds like performance too but let's not reinvent history.

Winning a single leg Play off tie away from home is a tough ask. Hartlepool managed it at Stockport last season but would they have done if that ground had been full rather than a quarter full due to restrictions. A lot depends on who you get, but with so many decent sized ex-clubs starting to fill up the top half the likelihood of us avoiding a Stockport, Grimsby, Wrexham away on the way to the final is slimmer.

You've got to go for 2nd or 3rd but that is a lot easier if you've still got 1st place to chase, otherwise psychologically you are in danger of settling for 4th to 7th well before the end of the season as it's still the play offs.

Currently we now have less points than at this stage last season (discounting the expunged match) and you'd have to anticipate a similar final position and outcome if there isn't a real improvement, not just in fits and starts as we've seen since we came down. Where will that spark come from?

Bottom line is that we can't afford these performances as promotion hopefuls and they have to work out why it happens, what goes wrong...what IS wrong.
Thats easy to answer, some players have not got self discipline to show mental and physical toughness ALL the time, not just when they feel up to it, I give you Chesterfield as the bench mark, not 100٪ but closer than we are.

, i did not take the oppurtunity to follow up, as i had already given the explanation , that people did not want to hear , and i was wrongly mocked by others as today as shown

The main thing that pissed me off was the fantasy nonsense, celebrate the win yes, but no talk of it was the best in 30 years, or IB is a championship manager, just do not carried away, as we simply are not good enough as today result shows

But surely 'today's' result only shows we were not good enough 'today'?

Every team has a 'bad day at the office' performance from time to time. Hopefully on Tuesday we can be back to normal.

This is what i have been saying all along IB is no upgrade on Ardley table wise, i agree his style of football in that it is attacking is more entertaining when it goes well, but we are still weak at the back, and likely to fall apart under pressure, and i have yet to see any evidense this has changed

Sod Eastleigh, I'd rather hoped we'd be beating Mansfield next season.

This is true, we just seem to have more ''bad days at the office'' than others do. That's the problem.
