The club have dealt with this in a perfect manner, hope to see you soon Angus, but obviously he'll never get in the team while Warne has a hole in his ar*e if Richard Wood is still upright.

Yorkshire Post article seem to suggest he would be back early to mid January. The intention is to organise some behind-closed doors games when he's in shape to play but he's not at that stage yet. On Monday Angus began a new training programme devised by the club's medical and fitness staff to help his rehabilitation. He's coming along fine, with or without speculation. I wish him all the best in his recovery.

Beaufighter, I wasn't having a dig at Godsend and apologies if it came across that way. I was merely expressing it's obviously something highly personal and Angus and the club are dealing with it accordingly. So, let's just wait and see what happens.

Looking back on other posts of 'Pure speculation, but might he not actually be ill at all and what’s”dragging on” is an impending move for decent money? I don't think he needs to be reading things like that.

Fair enough, and I agree, which may be why the thread died out when it did. I think after the initial puzzlement it quickly became apparent that it was serious and needed leaving alone.

It's more nuanced than that MT. He's been well and in good fettle for a long while but given his previous illness incredible caution has had to be exercised. But I reiterate he's fit and well and will SLOWLY be brought up to match fitness.
