Not just the UK, same here in the US. Earliest I can get in anywhere for the booster is late January. I was even prepared to travel up to 75 miles away but couldn't get anywhere sooner.

That is true. I believe 10% of the population (around 40M) live more than 50 miles from their nearest pharmacy. Luckily mine is only 1.5 miles away as the majority of the time I'm on Shanks' Pony.
