Bielsa was useful in getting a fairly ordinary Championship squad to perform extraordinarily well (with some notable exceptions, particularly between the sticks (initially)), and to establish a methodology in the PL that teams simply weren't able to deal with (again, initially). He isn't particularly good at dealing with adversity, as he has no clear "plan B" (or any variation on his playing strategy), neither is he particularly adept at playing players to their strengths, preferring to expect players to be able to adapt to wherever he deems them fit to play. All well and good if you have the players able to live up to that expectation. Leeds don't, with the possible exceptions of Dallas and Struijk.

He is past his "best before" date and unless the Board can rejuvenate the squad and provide Bielsa with the faint possibility of repeating past achievements (slim pickings I suspect), it would perhaps be best for all concerned if Leeds and Bielsa parted company.

I think the purse strings on new signings may be loosening for next month.

Look up the percentage of games we lose with Phillips playing to those when he isn’t and it shows how key he is.

Doesn't matter how loose the purse strings are, Philips is exactly the talisman you imply and he won't be back until end Feb at the earliest. Newcomers won't fill that gap, not for what Orta is prepared to pay.
