Carlise are reducing their capacity to 9,999 and some have ask Rotherham to do the same. Why so people don't have to prove they don't have covid and spread it around.
Not sure I follow fc. You seem to be accepting that vaccinations (and masks) help reduce the spread of covid but then saying that as others aren't wearing them, why should anyone need to prove it? Am I misunderstanding your point?
