    Some haven't - Derby being the obvit one. Others will have got by through varying degrees of financial support from their owners, like Rotherham

    They've made triple if not quadruple what we have earned in transfer fees over the last few years and we probably pay similar wages so what you're saying doesn't really hold much ground.
