    No, I didn't miss it.
A statement from the Paris prosecutor said that there were 17 men among the deceased aged 19-26, seven women aged 22-46, as well as a 16-year-old ****ager and a child aged seven.

Six**** of the victims were Kurds from Iraq, four were Afghan men. Three Ethiopians, a Somalian woman, as well as an Iranian and an Egyptian man made up the others.

Now I'll ask again, who organised that trip and why was it deemed necessary?
You say desperation, I say cherry picking.
Lets look at the most common list-

They use personal funds/family funds/ crime funds to cherry pick a destination.
They know damned well, that once here, the chances of eviction (thanks EU) ARE VIRTUALLY ZERO.

So I'll say agin. This country has been a proud refugee safe port for decades.
This isn't about that anymore. Most are after a better life and I suggest you listen to interviews of the migrants themselves in Calias.
    They all admit that.

We are being taken for a ride and other countries in Europe(Sweden/Denmark) have woken up to it.
They won't stay in France, as even the French say we are too soft with them.
Can’t be bothered to enter into further futile debate Tricky. Your mind is made up, though thankfully not as distastefully as GP’s.
Here are some facts for you to consider. Obviously all such figures have been skewed by Covid but below is a list of those European countries taking greatest responsibility for asylum seekers in 2020 prior to the pandemic.

    Germany 128,950
    Spain 124,795
    France 86,330
    Italy 40,795
    UK 20,552

Makes you think...or there again...probably not.

I know the european figures RA.
Germany for example, took a million, when Merkel gave the green light to flood Europe under the guise of Syria.
What you are refusing to acknowledge, is that most migrants are NOT refugees.
In fact the ones we have given it to, seem to be purely by the fact, they tossed away all papers and it's impossible to boot them out.

I blame the EU and its soft borders for most of this. Funny though, how suddenly it takes Poland taking a stance for the EU to react.
Before Germany took those masses in, exactly how many refugees has Germany accepted since 1945? I'll let you look it up, it's actually very little.

As for your UK figures alone, it doesn't tell the whole story dose it?
    UNHCR current forgures 2020

According to UNHCR statistics, at the end of 2020 there were  132,349  refugees, 77,245 pending asylum cases  and 4662  stateless persons  in the UK.

Remember, everyone of those tossing away their ID has something to hide.
If I was fleeing war etc, I'd want my safe place to accept me. My best interests would be to declare why I am here.

Every murder committed (like the 3 gay men in Reading), by these charlatans, is on the soft headed few we have here.

Exactly what is wrong with picking refugees from camps etc?
Anyone coming here from safe France should be ejected.
