I would not visit China map for all the tea in China. Their mistake has taken two years of enjoyment and freedom out of my life along with billions of others.

I would love to see some international retribution and compensation.

Still the lies continue to spew out, this time James Gallagher, BBC Health and Science correspondent on the BBC website yesterday.

"Omicron is spreading rampantly with the number of people infected doubling every two days."

From the GOV.UK website, Cases in England by specimen date.

    Dec 13th..... 71,025
    Dec 14th..... 82,227
    Dec 15th..... 87,373
    Dec 16th..... 73,488
    Dec 17th..... 55,415
    Dec 18th..... 14,785(incomplete)
    Dec 19th..... 71,702

This does not look to me like a virus that is doubling every two days, it's inconceivable that the BBC's Health correspondent can be unaware of the stats on the GOV.UK website so he is quite clearly lying about the situation.

The BBC, the FAKE NEWS factory.

Mr Pace seems unaware that being vaccinated does not prevent infection or transmission of the virus, and thus the vaccination status of Burnley, Watford or Villa players had no bearing on whether the last two games went ahead or didn't. Not being in full possession of the facts, it might be advisable for Mr Pace to keep his mouth shut on this subject.
Advice from me which I feel sure he will ignore.

Ancient Greek drug could cut COVID-19 deaths - Israeli scientist

    https://www.jpost.com/health-and-wel...ientist-688730

An ancient Greek drug derived from the saffron plant could improve the treatment of people with severe COVID-19 and reduce the COVID mortality rate by as much as 50%, according to a report published earlier this month in the European Journal of Internal Medicine by an Israeli researcher from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Hadassah Medical School.

Chelsea owner Abramovich gets Portuguese citizenship
Thousands of Israeli Jews have been granted Portuguese citizenship since the law was passed in 2015.

    https://www.jpost.com/diaspora/chels...zenship-689129

Abramovich had been researching his family history over a number of years and discovered that parts of his family came from Portugal, before being expelled, and ended up Hamburg, Germany.
Around 300,000 Jews lived in Spain when, in 1492, monarchs Isabella and Ferdinand ordered them and the country’s Muslims to convert to Catholicism or leave. Tens of thousands fled to Portugal, only to be persecuted there or expelled in 1496.

Oh dear what will we do with you BT?

''Interesting to note the Pallys were living in Palestine in the 1490's,without ever thinking this might happen...''

Well, Bawt'n's proffesor of history, is wrong again ,maybe those Pally's are paying you?

The history of Palestine is the study of the past in the region of Palestine, defined as the territory between the Mediterranean Sea and the Jordan River. It has been controlled by many kingdoms and powers, including Ancient Egypt, Persia, Alexander the Great and his successors, the Roman Empire, several Muslim dynasties, and the Crusaders.

In modern times, the area was ruled by the Ottoman Empire, then the United Kingdom and since 1948 it has been divided into Israel, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. In the 1490's it was part of the Ottoman Empire. (and no Pally's then )...But if you keep saying it people might believe you '' the Pallys were living in Palestine in the 1490's,without ever thinking this might happen...''

During World War I the British government issued the Balfour Declaration, favoring the establishment of a national home for the Jewish people in Palestine. The British captured Palestine from the Ottomans shortly thereafter. (but because of the British it was called Palestine) During the Ottoman period it was divided into 'vilayets', (administrative divisions), and was further subdivided in sanjaks.

The Sanjak of Acre (Turkish: Akka Sancağı), often referred as Late Ottoman Galilee, was a prefecture (sanjak) of the Ottoman Empire, located in modern-day northern Israel.

    Akka or Akko, Acre.

In France the scientists there are saying Omicron could be a blessing in disguise being less virulent than Delta it is increasing collective immunity whilst doing less damage. Why can't our lot admit that?

That is exactly what Dr Angelique Coetzee said the other week when the UK started to go into meltdown and panic reigned once again. She expressed her surprise at the reaction of those calling the shots in this country. She has been nearer to Omicron than anyone because she raised concerns in South Africa.
