The stats you quote are from 16th Dec, just read it myself.

Are you sure? 31% not yet had first dose, 25% have no intention of getting one. Coincidental that the “first dose” figure is the same as you quoted?

But according to Paul Warne 85% or so of his first team squad have been vaccinated, so roughly 15% haven't

With a squad of 26 players that's just about 4 of them

Yes there is some rounding up of numbers but it's still an unacceptable number of players not vaccinated.

I replied to CAM's post (the one you have conveniently ignored even though the NFL has the same relevance to English Football as the NBA does). The same post that had opened up the topic to how it has been affecting different sports i.e. NFL and I followed it on about the NBA to just further the point of how it is having such a damaging effect across the board. Seemed fairly reasonable of me to do that and in any case, if keeping on topic to exactly what the initial thread was about was a thing, you should be raising this point on pretty much every thread going. I doubt you will though.

It's probably the ones who wear gloves

I wonder if this decision had anything to do with pressure from tv and stakeholders by any chance…

Millerstale, fair point and I apologise if my reply offended you. I really didn't take on your point and just replied with blinkers on, about a sport that doesn't interest me but, now I see the relevance.
