They are in breach of rules.........and.......what happens then?

They shrug and say what you gonna do?

    It's a court case?

They say fine we will wynd the thing up?

You can't force them to go back to stadium that's been flattened, you can't force them to build a stadium.......what would you forsee happening in that granted unlikely scenario.
I assume that you are aware that the rules of the entrenched rights of the A shares can block a move from Dens Park irrespective of who owns it.
BCram is correct that FPS agreed to the entrenched rights of the A shares when they purchased a majority shareholding in Dundee Football Club Limited.

It would cost Arbroath FC a fortune to install seating up to the minimum number of 6,000 individual seats for what could only be one season playing in the Premier League.
That is why Gretna played their home games at Fir Park, Motherwell. ICT played their home games at Pittodrie, Aberdeen as the minimum number of seats for Premier League clubs at that time was 10,000 but it was subsequently reduced to 6,000. I suspect that this reduction was introduced to accommodate Greater Glasgow football club Hamilton Accies whose New Douglas Park stadium has just over 6,000 seats including one stand that still looks like a temporary stand.
6000 seats, did they not change it to just 6k capacity.

But if what you say is correct why would the press be talking about Dee sharing at Arbroath.?

But Islay how can they block it if FPS say it's for 1 year?

The point I'm trying to make is I agree they shouldn't do it but I don't really see what's stopping them from doing it and ac

My understanding is that building work on the new stadium at Campy Nou would have to be well underway and not just a ‘spade in the ground’ before FPS can request that Dundee FC ground shares with another SPFL club for a maximum period of 12 months.
FPS and DBPH have outstanding loans totalling £2,230,188 at 31st May 2020 and ground sharing with another SPFL club is unlikely to reduce that figure.

The press are talking about us ground sharing at Arbroath if we are playing in the Championship and ground sharing at McDiarmid Park if we are playing in the Premier League.
If the Scottish Premier League clubs required a minimum 6k capacity why have Arbroath FC allegedly contacted Dundee FC about playing at Dens Park if they win promotion to the Premier League at the end of this season.
Gayfield home of Arbroath FC has a capacity of 6,600 including 861 seats.

    AHH hah.

So we cud have a situation where they want Dens and we want Gayfield 😁

And if they want to use Dens next season that means FPS don't think any ground would be ready to 23/24 or even 24/25 with a year away from Dens......it seems a never ending saga.

Was it the start of season 22/23 Nelms expected us to be in?

I think that Nelms wanted us playing in the stadium at Campy Nou at the start of the 2021-22 season.
This morning I was looking at the Filing History of Sandeman Properties Limited and I noticed that the following was listed.
23rd March 2009 Return made up 19/03/09 - Full list of members.
The share capital of Sandeman Properties Limited was £1 and this was held by Dundee Football Club Limited until 16/01/09 when it was disposed of and replaced by Whitehall Chambers Trustees Limited.
I suspect that Lloyds Banking Group PLC sold the title deeds of Dens Park to John Bennett on 1601/09 for £500k.
The Directors of Sandeman Properties Limited on 19th March 2009 were Bob Brannan, Ian Bodie, George Knight with Ian Bodie also being the Company Secretary.
Ian Bodie resigned as a Director and Company Secretary of Sandeman Properties Limited on 22nd June 2010. Bob Brannan and George Knight resigned as Directors of Sandeman Properties Limited on 15th November 2010. On 15th November 2010 John Bennet was appointed a Director of Sandeman Properties Limited. https://find-and-update.company-info...history?page=2
