    Bamford

Have we heard anything about how long he is out again?

I know Phillips is probably not back till Feb but is Bamford the same?

Been quiet. even the gossip rags have been silent on it.

Seems like another Forshaw situation. Hurting us way more than Forshaw last year.

I remember when Forshaw first got injured he was 'going to be available for next game' continually for about 3 months!

Not the same situation but we get a lot of that guff from the club

Bamford quiet on his media accounts, probably busy doing his daily hamstring-squat repetitions.

Was reading that in football-science hamstring injuries have had an annual average increase of 4.1% each year since 2001. Training-related hamstring injury rates have increased substantially since 2001 but match-related injury rates have remained stable. The science concludes the challenge is for clubs to reduce training-related hamstring injury rates which in theory then should result in lesser match-day damage occurrence on such overload weakened muscle mass.

Mischka my sister exercises dirt-track racehorses all day & spends an hour a day exercising her own hamstrings, as racing technique demands 'standing' on the stirrups to control the horse.A very important set of muscle for sure in all sports.

So folks - New Years resolution - work those hamstrings, 20 reps x 3 times, ok.

Well, if he's got a new Harrington & a set of jodhpurs I'll pass on his details.
