Disgusting behaviour from one Leeds fan by hitting Matt Lowton in the face with a full bottle of Coke.
One thing for sure it couldn't have been a Yawkshire Leeds fan as he hit the target and didn't drink it.. lol
On a serious note he should be named and shamed then banned from Bellend Rd.
I'm sure the FA will be looking at this and docking you 20 points. 😇
Maybe not running to the home supporters to celebrate an away goal would be less provocative too.
Its been sorted Alf.
Yorkshire Post reported that Stan Dingle, from Burnley was arrested shortly after the incident when he was pointed out to police by some eagle eyed Leeds fans due to the amount of fingers that was wrapped round the object thrown.
Dingle, who lives in a cave, was released on bail pending further charges not related to the original incident![]()
Lol..
Bad behavior.
However, never have understood why players run in front of the other teams fans to celebrate unless you are looking for an ass kicking. Kind of like leaving your car unlocked in a bad neighborhood... nothing good is going to come from it. One day the stewards aren't going to be able to stop them and some group of fans will beat them half to death.
I am also a little surprised that they sell you a bottle of anything and give it to you. Usually it ends up in a cup? Many moons ago my dad was at a baseball game ( St Louis- post WWII) and some New York Yankee player started strutting around after some play rubbing it in to the home fans. They nearly killed him with beer bottles. After that you could not get a bottle of anything without it being dispensed in a cup. Might have been the first time risk management was employed on drink dispensing.

It wasn't full Alf. I'd already drunk 2 thirds of it.
Arfs.
