It is mate, and it's something I think we've all perhaps overlooked with this deal as it hasn't been mentioned. The chances of us being without players between now & the season end is far higher with Covid around. Siegrist hasn't been injury free this season either.

In all seriousness, I can't for the life of me believe we're going into the second half of the season with Newman as backup, so we must have something lined up.

Has to be something lined up here or Newman is good enough as back up for Benji. Then again, Benji may be on his way as well and Carson knows he wont get a chance against the new keeper if that is Clark! I would think Clark is Rankers bound as per previous rumours though.
