    When Your number is up!

Great believer of fate and when your number is up - it’s up!! You could have an MRI or a test every 6 months and be clear but in between you could be f ucked! I knew a couple of guys in their 40’s who were as fit as butchers dogs ( never had alcohol or smoked ) and dropped dead, One was a tennis coach!

I live every day to the full as there may not be a tomorrow. Don’t particularly want to see my nineties hobbling around!

So many have regrets of what they didn’t do before they settled down. I was a travel rep in many overseas resorts in my youth and had the time of my life.

You can’t control destiny and those locking themselves away because of Covid is tragic. Many elderly want to take their chances as they could be dead tomorrow anyway.

No regrets is a good inscription for when you kick the bucket!

I have always believed that Al, whatever will be will be.
I am also a firm believer that the health of the mind influences the health of the body.
If you are a happy positive person you usually enjoy good luck health and fortune, this is because it creates healthy vibes in your body.
Anyway I can't see the point of wanting to live as long as you can if you are going to spend every day worrying and being miserable.

100% agree Des! Bit like having lots of money - absolutely pointless if you are not going to enjoy it.

Yes, when your numbers up; how many of us can remember being on a boating lake and hearing the cry, ‘come in number six, your time is up’ and just ignoring it?

How would that ploy play out if we tried it when the Big Man with the beard calls our number……….? I’ll definitely give it a try if the call comes from the bloke with the horns and a tail!
